Nicholas Higham was a co-author of Digital Media, a text book that looks at legal issues concerning the Internet and its use as a medium for the storage and communication of information in every form.

Nicholas also contributed to a chapter on the Regulation of Content on Electronic Communications Networks, including broadcast television, interactive television and the Internet, for the leading UK textbook on Telecommunications Law and Regulation edited by Professor Ian Walden and published by Oxford University Press in February 2009.
