Nicholas

Nicholas Higham has a background in technology; he is hugely experienced, innovative and enthusiastic, commercially-minded and articulate. In his career to date, he has worked with governments and companies in more than 50 countries and on 5 continents. He is familiar with WTO rules, the legal framework of the European Community and regimes in many other regions in the world.

Alongside his legal expertise, Nicholas can bring an additional dimension gained through public service activities. Nicholas was a Director and Committee Member of PhonePayplus (formerly Icstis) and of The Independent Mobile Classification Board, which sets standards for content on mobile
Nicholas is also a Senior Visiting Research Fellow in the Centre for Studies in Commercial Law at Queen Mary's College within the University of London and lectures there on broadcasting law.
